What is a subscription?

A subscription allows you to use the bike for an unlimited number rides as long as they don't exceed 120 minutes per ride. If you wish to go the extra mile and ride for hours, your cyclowallet will start to deplete according to the [above rate]. If your subscription expires or your cyclowallet empties you will have to do something about it. Subscriptions and wallets can be renewed and filled through the website or the kiosk.

What is a cyclowallet?

The cyclowallet is your e-wallet. The cyclowallet gets filled with some credits when you buy a [subscription] or if you fill it up independently, from the website or the kiosk. Credits in the cyclowallet are used to cover rides that exceed 120 minutes. If it drains out you will not be able to get a bike until you add some credits to it. Credit in the cyclowallet remains there forever, even after your subscription expires. Next time you renew your subscription you will be pleasantly surprised.

What if Ι couldn't find an available bicycle οn the Station?

Chances are that a bicycle will soon be there. If, however, this takes longer, you can contact our [Customer Service] and be informed on the sooner availability expected.

How can I check the availability of bikes and racks?

See real time data on our [Map] page and at the infokiosk of every Station

What types of credit cards are accepted?

Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

When is the guarantee debited?

The guarantee is only debited in the event of theft or severe damage of the bicycle.  

Do I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

According to our [User Agreement], you are not entitled to get a refund.

The 120 minutes free time are valid for each trip?

Yes, for each and every trip. Charges begin after the first 120 minutes of use.

What if I lose my card?

Ιf you lose your Cyclocard, please contact our [Customer Service] as soon as possible, so we can cancel your missing card and issue a new one.

What should I do if a bicycle is defective?

Please return it to the Station and inform us using the kiosk (enter the System with your credentials (CycloName & CycloPIN) and select “Report a Problem”).

How long do I have to wait before I can take another bike?

There is no limitation, so you don’t have to wait before taking another bike.

Can I rent a bike for several days?

The Bike service is designed for serving short trips. [see Charges].

Can I lend my card or my subscription to another person?

The [user agreement] of the System states that the lending out of a card or a bicycle is forbidden. In any case you remain fully liable for every use entitled by your personal card or your credentials.

Is it possible to rent several bikes with only one membership card?

It is impossible to rent several bikes with a single card. If you want to use the System, everyone must purchase a subscription.
